1. Informational Estimator — Not Legal Advice

Alimonify is an automated programmatic informational calculation tool that computes estimated statutory child support figures based on publicly available legislative schedules (e.g. Mass. Trial Court Guidelines, California Family Code § 4055, New York Child Support Standards Act, and Texas Family Code Chapter 154).

No Attorney-Client Relationship: The use of this website, calculation algorithms, or generated worksheet summaries does NOT constitute legal advice or establish an attorney-client relationship between you and Alimonify. Child support determinations involve complex discretionary deviation factors (unusual travel expenses, private school tuition, extraordinary healthcare costs, imputed income) that must be formally adjudicated by a family court judge or hearing officer.

Distinct from Alimony / Spousal Maintenance: Alimonify calculates statutory Child Support only. It does NOT calculate Spousal Support, Alimony, or Spousal Maintenance. Child support and alimony are distinct legal obligations governed by separate statutory schemes, distinct tax treatments under federal and state law, and different judicial criteria. Outputs from this platform must never be used or represented as spousal maintenance or alimony estimates.

2. No Warranties, Judicial Discretion & Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to model calculations on current state legislative schedules and economic tables, statutory rules are subject to legislative revision, local county court rules, cost-of-living adjustments, and judicial discretion. All calculations and worksheet summaries are provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

In no event shall Alimonify, its operators, developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or reliance upon calculations, worksheets, or informational summaries in divorce negotiations, mediation, or court proceedings.

California Judicial Council Notice: Alimonify is an independent informational tool and is not certified by the Judicial Council of California pursuant to California Rules of Court, Rule 5.275. Official California court proceedings require child support calculations produced by Judicial Council-certified software (e.g. Dissomaster, SupporTax, XSpouse).
